How do I determine my ring size?
We suggest using our printable ring sizer to determine your ring size!
The most accurate way to determine your ring size, though, is to visit your local jeweller. They'll have tools specifically designed to accurately measure your ring size. And remember - each finger on each hand is a different size!
What is the Return & Exchange Policy?
Shipping
We do our best to process and ship your order as soon possible! All Canadian and US orders over $75 will get free shipping, and transit times are generally between five to 10 business days.
Returns
Regal Gems Jewellery takes great pride in providing quality items and service. Each order is cleaned, closely inspected, and packaged with great care and consideration before shipping it to you.
PLEASE inspect your jewellery thoroughly upon receipt, before wearing the pieces.
It may be tried on for size, but we can only accept returns if the jewellery is in new, unworn condition. If your jewellery arrives damaged due to transit, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please email hello@regalgems.ca within two weeks of receiving your order so we can assist you. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size, or want to change the style you ordered? That's no problem! You have 14 days to exchange your item.
Rings and necklaces sent back for returns or exchanges that are not in new condition may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
