I take great pride in offering quality pieces and thoughtful service. Every order is cleaned, closely inspected, and packaged with care before it ships to you.

Please inspect your jewellery as soon as it arrives, before wearing it. You’re welcome to try pieces on briefly for sizing, but returns are only accepted if the jewellery is new and unworn.

If your jewellery arrives damaged in transit, or you’re unhappy with your purchase, please email hello@sagegems.ca within 14 days of delivery so I can help.

If your return is approved, refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Final Sale Items

All earrings, sale items, mystery gifts, shipping fees, and gift cards are final sale.

Normal Wear & Tear

Normal wear and tear over time isn’t considered a fault. Please refer to my jewellery care tips to keep your pieces looking their best.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or want to switch styles? No problem. You have 14 days to request an exchange.

Returned rings and necklaces must be in new, unworn condition. Items received in anything other than new condition may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
