Returns & Exchanges

Sage Gems Jewellery takes great pride in providing quality items and service. Each order is cleaned, closely inspected, and packaged with great care and consideration before shipping it to you.

PLEASE inspect your jewellery thoroughly upon receipt, before wearing the pieces.

It may be tried on for size, but we can only accept returns if the jewellery is in new, unworn condition. If your jewellery arrives damaged due to transit, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please email hello@sagegems.ca within two weeks of receiving your order so we can assist you. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Please note that all earrings, sale items, mystery gifts, shipping fees and gift cards are final sale.

Normal wear and tear of your jewellery over time will not be considered a fault of Sage Gems Jewellery. Please see our tips for jewellery care and maintenance to keep your pieces looking their best.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size, or want to change the style you ordered? That's no problem! You have 14 days to exchange your item. Rings and necklaces sent back for returns or exchanges that are not in new condition may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
